Dealer Comments
You may not be familiar with this model Suzuki but I'm sure you know the engine. It is a 800cc version of the Intruder 750 engine Suzuki made from 1985 to 2007. Bullet proof and smooth, it always needed a proper chassis wrapped around it. The VX800 was only offered here for 2 years but it lived on in Europe for much longer. The very comfortable riding position and shaft drive make it a much better bike than the Intruder to actually RIDE somewhere.
This is a very clean example with under 10k miles and in remarkable cosmetic condition. We spared no expense in recommissioning it to be a daily rider that will also appreciate over time.
New tires and battery were installed.
Fork seals were replaced
Carbs were removed and sonic cleaned and rebuilt
Front and rear master cylinders were flushed and rebuilt
Front and rear brake calipers were rebuilt.
Professionally disassembled and detailed - no repainting!
This Suzi starts and runs and rides as if new. It is truly just short of a show bike save for some very minor dings on the right side of the tank. Hard to show in pictures because they are so small.
