Dealer Comments
"For appearance, the touring machine featured a small detachable windscreen, a round headlight with a chromed housing, a teardrop-style tank, a one-piece seat with passenger and rider backrests, hard side-mounted panniers, and a dual chromed exhaust system with mufflers on each side.
The bike was part of the CVO series, short for Custom Vehicle Operations. The series was introduced in 1999 and comprised several models chosen from every model year, modified and customized with Screamin' Eagle parts, hand-painted pinstripes, ostrich leather, and several electronic technologies.
The 2003 Harley-Davidson CVO Road King came with several upgrades and additional standard features, all carried by a 1,690cc air-cooled Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam 103 engine with a fuel injection system feeding the pistons, delivering excellent power and 138 Nm (102 lb-ft) torque with a peak at 3,500 rpm."
The bike has been left mechanically stock, with the only aftermarket additions being in the form of:
*Reinhart exhaust
*Mustang seats
*Color matched tour pack
